MorCore Tech Solutions LLC ("MorCore," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website at www.morcoresolutions.com (the "Site") or interact with us in connection with our services. It applies to information collected through the Site, including contact forms, newsletter signups, and any other online interaction with MorCore.

This Policy does not cover information collected in connection with our service contracts, which is governed by the applicable Master Service Agreement and applicable law. This Policy also does not cover data practices of third-party websites linked from the Site.

We collect the following categories of information:

We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, payment card information, biometric data, or health information through the Site. 

Payment processing for services is handled offline or through separate, secured payment systems.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Responding to your inquiries and providing requested information about our services;

• Preparing and delivering quotes, proposals, and Scopes of Work;

• Scheduling and coordinating service appointments;

• Sending newsletters and company updates to subscribers who have opted in;

• Analyzing website traffic and user behavior to improve the Site and our marketing;

• Measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms;

• Remarketing — showing targeted advertisements to prior Site visitors on Google, YouTube, and Meta platforms;

• Complying with applicable law and responding to lawful government requests;

• Protecting the security and integrity of the Site and MorCore's systems; and

• Communicating with you about your service relationship with MorCore.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your personal information for purposes materially different from those listed above without your consent or as required by law.

Under New York law, including the NY SHIELD Act, MorCore processes your personal information on the following bases:

• Contract performance: to respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;

• Legitimate interests: to analyze website usage, improve our services, and conduct marketing, where such interests are not overridden by your privacy rights;

• Consent: for newsletter subscriptions and, where required, for the use of non-essential cookies and advertising technologies; and

• Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful government requests.

MorCore's Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. We use the following categories of cookies. See Document 3 (Cookie Policy) for the full cookie disclosure.

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the Site to function. Cannot be disabled.

• Analytics Cookies: Used by Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use the Site (pages visited, time on site, traffic sources). This data is aggregated and used to improve the Site.

• Advertising Cookies: Used by Google Ads and Meta Ads to track conversions, enable remarketing, and measure advertising campaign performance. These cookies allow Google and Meta to show MorCore advertisements to prior Site visitors on their respective platforms.

• Functional Cookies: Used by Google Maps embeds to display location information.GoDaddy SiteBuilder, the platform on which the Site is built, may also set platform-level cookies necessary for the Site to operate. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.

MorCore does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service delivery: We may share your contact and premises information with MorCore subcontractors who assist in delivering services you have requested. Subcontractors are bound by confidentiality obligations.

• Technology platforms: We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, which receive usage and interaction data through cookies as described above. This sharing is governed by our cookie settings and the respective platform privacy policies.

• Email delivery: If MorCore uses an email delivery service to send newsletters, subscriber email addresses are shared with that service for delivery purposes only.

• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of MorCore, our clients, or the public.

• Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of MorCore's assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Our general retention practices:

• Contact form submissions and inquiry records: retained for up to 3 years from the date of submission, or longer if a service relationship results from the inquiry;

• Newsletter subscriber information: retained until you unsubscribe, plus 90 days to process the unsubscribe request;

• Website analytics data: subject to Google Analytics data retention settings (default 26 months); and

• Advertising pixel data: subject to Google Ads and Meta Ads platform retention policies (typically 180 days for remarketing audiences).When personal information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it in a manner consistent with applicable law. 

MorCore implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, consistent with the requirements of the New York SHIELD Act. 

These safeguards include:

• Administrative safeguards: designated personnel responsible for data security; employee training on privacy and security practices; vendor management procedures requiring subcontractors to maintain appropriate security; and a data breach response plan.

• Technical safeguards: HTTPS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted through the Site; access controls limiting employee access to personal information on a need-to-know basis; and use of secure, reputable third-party platforms for email and data storage.

• Physical safeguards: secure storage of physical records; restricted access to devices and systems containing personal information.No data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot warrant the absolute security of information you transmit to us. You transmit information to the Site at your own risk.

In the event of a data breach involving your private information, MorCore will notify affected New York residents as required by the NY SHIELD Act and applicable law. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at info@morcoresolutions.com.

As a New York resident, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Right to Know: You may request information about what personal information MorCore holds about you.

• Right to Correct: You may request that MorCore correct inaccurate personal information it holds about you.

• Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to MorCore's legal obligations and legitimate business needs.

• Right to Opt Out of Marketing: You may opt out of receiving marketing emails from MorCore at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contacting us directly.

• Right to Opt Out of Advertising Cookies: You may opt out of advertising cookies as described in the Cookie Policy.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@morcoresolutions.com with your name, contact information, and a description of your request. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.  MorCore does not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.

MorCore uses Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising platforms. These platforms may use cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies to show MorCore advertisements to you on other websites and apps after you have visited our Site. This practice is sometimes called "remarketing" or "retargeting."

You have several options to limit this type of advertising:

• Google: Visit www.google.com/settings/ads or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Visit www.facebook.com/ads/preferences and adjust your ad settings

• Browser-level: Adjust your browser's cookie settings or use a privacy-focused browser extension

Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing advertisements from MorCore — it means the advertisements will not be targeted based on your prior Site visits.

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. MorCore does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at info@morcoresolutions.com if you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Site's functionality, or applicable law. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy when changes are made. For material changes that affect how we handle your personal information, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users — for example, by posting a prominent notice on the Site.
