By accessing or using the website located at www.morcoresolutions.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site, regardless of whether they engage MorCore Tech Solutions LLC ("MorCore," "we," "us," or "our") for services.

MorCore reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

MorCore Tech Solutions LLC is a licensed fire alarm, security systems, access control, surveillance, network infrastructure, and audio/visual systems contractor operating in New York State. Our principal place of business is in East Greenbush, Rensselaer County, NY 12061. NYS License #: 12000303163.

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective and current clients to contact MorCore, request services, and learn about our offerings. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. 

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;

• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, spam, or chain letters;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any system or network connected to the Site;

• Use any automated tool, scraper, bot, or crawler to access, collect, or index content from the Site without MorCore's prior written consent;

• Impersonate MorCore, any MorCore employee, or any other person or entity;

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the function of the Site or any connected systems;

• Use the Site to collect personal information about other users without their consent; or

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site for commercial purposes without MorCore's prior written consent.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, the MorCore name and trademark, and the overall Site design and layout — is the property of MorCore Tech Solutions LLC or its content licensors and is protected by applicable United States intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in MorCore's intellectual property. You may print or download a single copy of Site pages for your personal, non-commercial reference only.

The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind — including engineering, safety, fire protection, legal, or technical advice — and should not be relied upon as such. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MorCore, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and subcontractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Site; (c) your submission of any content, inquiry, or information through the Site; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

When you submit an inquiry or contact form through the Site, you are initiating a communication with MorCore for the purpose of obtaining information about or requesting our services. Submission of a contact form does not create a contract for services, does not constitute a binding commitment by MorCore to perform services, and does not establish an attorney-client, contractor-client, or any other formal relationship. A formal service relationship is established only when both Parties have executed a Master Service Agreement and applicable Scope of Work.

By submitting a contact form or newsletter signup, you consent to MorCore contacting you by the methods indicated in your submission (email, phone, or text) for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. See our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your personal information.

If you provide your mobile phone number through a contact form or service request and consent to receive text messages, you agree to receive service-related and informational text messages from MorCore. The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and MorCore does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use this Site or submit any personal information through the Site. If MorCore discovers that it has inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, it will promptly delete that information. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state courts of Rensselaer County, New York, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, as appropriate. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Any claim against MorCore arising from your use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year of the date on which the cause of action accrued, or shall be forever barred.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. MorCore's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MorCore regarding your use of the Site.
